Personalization & Ordering
How do I submit my custom names, dates, or coordinates?
Each customizable product features dedicated text and option fields directly on its product page. Simply type your desired family name, milestone year, or location coordinates before clicking Add to Cart. Our system captures this information and previews it for you during checkout.
Can I include foreign accents, symbols, or special characters?
Yes! Our optical vector engraving software fully supports international character sets (é, ñ, ö, ç, etc.), ampersands (&), Roman numerals, and punctuation. We recommend double-checking all spellings and dates before finalizing your purchase.
What happens if I notice a spelling mistake after ordering?
Please email us at support@quicklycrafted.com with your order number immediately. We allow a 4-hour window from the moment an order is placed to correct any personalization details before your item enters laser manufacturing.
Production & Shipping
What is your production lead time?
Because each item is precision engraved and hand-finished to order, our standard workshop turnaround is 1 to 2 business days. During peak holiday seasons (November–December), production takes approximately 2 to 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost, and is there free shipping?
We offer flat-rate $4.95 US Standard Ground Shipping (3–5 business days). All US orders of $45.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Ground Shipping automatically at checkout! Priority Express shipping (2–3 business days) is also available for $9.95.
What are your Christmas / Holiday delivery cutoff dates?
For guaranteed delivery in the United States before Christmas Day:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Order by December 12th (11:59 PM EST)
- Priority Express Shipping: Order by December 16th (11:59 PM EST)
Materials & Hardwood Quality
Is your wood genuine solid hardwood?
Yes, 100%! We work exclusively with certified solid American Maple, domestic Black Walnut, White Oak, and furniture-grade Baltic Birch. We never use cheap particle board, MDF, or faux wood grain stickers.
Are the wooden earrings heavy to wear?
Not at all! Our botanical and geometric wooden earrings are laser cut from lightweight 1/16" select walnut and weigh less than 0.1 ounces per pair. They are fitted with hypoallergenic 14k gold-plated or surgical steel ear wires for all-day comfort.
