Platform Terms & Sales Agreement

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Quickly Crafted (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Made-to-Order Goods & Personalization

Our products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis using natural hardwoods. When submitting custom engraving information (names, years, coordinates, messages):

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the accurate spelling, capitalization, and formatting of all submitted text.
  • Because personalized items cannot be reused or restocked once laser-engraved, orders cannot be canceled or modified after entering laser production (typically 4 hours after order placement).
  • Natural variations in wood grain, tone, knots, and slight color differences are inherent characteristics of real timber and are celebrated as unique features of handcrafted wooden goods.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Processing

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors. Payment must be authorized in full before production commences. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Submissions

By uploading or submitting custom text, artwork, or logos for engraving, you warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary legal rights to reproduce such content. We reserve the right to decline any engraving request containing hate speech, obscenities, or trademark-infringing material.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Damaged Items

All items purchased from our storefront are shipped via third-party carriers (USPS, UPS). Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event of transit damage or workshop engraving defects, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quickly Crafted, its artisans, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
