  • Payment Information: Credit and debit card transactions are securely handled directly through Stripe Connect using PCI-DSS Level 1 tokenization. We never store or have access to raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
  • Technical & Session Data: IP address, browser type, device specifications, and cart session tokens for shopping cart continuity.

We use collected information exclusively to:

  • Manufacture, laser-engrave, assemble, and fulfill your custom wooden keepsakes.
  • Generate carrier shipping labels (USPS, UPS) and transmit delivery tracking updates.
  • Communicate critical order status updates, proofs, or resolve support requests.
  • Coordinate white-label order settlement between merchant storefronts and the fulfillment engine.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or security anomalies.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We only share data with essential third-party service providers required for ecommerce operations:

  • Stripe: Payment processing, fraud detection, and merchant payout management.
  • Carriers (USPS, UPS): Destination delivery and tracking updates.
  • Elept CDN: High-performance media delivery and asset hosting.

Our infrastructure enforces 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Database records are secured with strict access controls, salted password hashing (Bcrypt), and parameterized database queries. We retain order records as required for accounting, tax verification, and warranty claims.
