Our 100% Workshop Satisfaction Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your package is damaged in transit or our workshop makes a typographical error compared to your submitted text, we will immediately craft and ship a replacement at zero charge to you.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items Policy
Because each personalized ornament, jewelry piece, and wood sign is permanently laser-engraved with your custom names and dates, customized goods cannot be returned or refunded once manufactured, unless there is a material defect or workshop engraving error.
Non-personalized goods (blank ornament gift sets, standard earrings without engravings) may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Damaged in Transit / Replacement Claims
If your order arrives damaged by the postal carrier:
- Take 2 clear photos showing the damaged product and outer mailing packaging.
- Email your photos and Order # to support@quicklycrafted.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our studio team will rush a free replacement into production within 24 hours.
